Fitness Junkies: You´re Workout

Workout with a small amount of like-minded people, no need to dress to impress, wear workout attire that is comfortable. T-shirts, shorts, sweats, and tracksuits are the rule. Training shoes should be supportive and functional.

Fitness Bootcamp by its nature creates an environment which is group orientated, we work closely as a group to achieve great results!

We´re so confident in being able to help you, your health and fitness and we believe this first workout will be the beginning of a long-term relationship. Your Bootcamp programme is the beginning of an ongoing process where we work as a team (Client group and Trainer) to define your goals, interests and desires. Over time we will outline your program plan in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

Many first time Bootcampers worry that they need to be in shape before coming to a FITNESS JUNKIES BOOTCAMP. It´s our job to progress you slowly and meet you where your health and fitness needs are at today. Your first workout will be a workout not a wash out. Generally, we will not put you through a gauntlet of fitness tests during your initial visit.

Basic Program Policies

We believe that the following policies clarify basic business policies and help to develop a relationship that is based on a reciprocation of responsibility. Our commitment to you runs deep!

Training Session Length

Each training session is based on 1 hour unless otherwise stated.

Trainer - Client Ratio

At our Bootcamps there will never be any more than 15 members per instructor. Some members prefer to choose the specialised attention and focus that ´one on one´ training provides. However, our role is to meet you where your interests, needs, and desires fall whether in Bootcamp or personal training.

Time Keeping

To get the most out of your time and efforts, please be ready to exercise at the appointed time as Bootcamp training times cannot be extended. If a trainer is late for a session, late is defined as one minute after your scheduled starting time, the training session will be extended wherever possible. If this does occur then the customer will be accredited with a complimentary workout. We want your commitment and you have ours!

Cancellation of your scheduled workout and missed sessions

You will not be charged for sessions that you cancel with more than 24 hours notice. For example, if you pay by standing order for 12 sessions a month, you will be credited that session for another time. Those clients that choose not to inform fitness junkies will lose the session they have paid for. We want the best for you and we also want to earn the money that you invest towards your health and fitness.

If a trainer misses a Bootcamp session, regardless of his or her reason, a sincere apology will be given immediately. Although unforeseen circumstances do happen, we believe that missing sessions is unacceptable. We respect and value your time and commitment too much. If you were not provided with a 24-hour notice, you will be credited with a complimentary session at our expense. We don´t take our commitment and service to you lightly!

Payment For Services

All training sessions are guaranteed 100% unconditionally, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your training session, your entire session fee will be refunded. We appreciate your positive criticism and the chance to correct any problems. All fees should be paid by standing order or on the day of the training session. Where invoices are concerned, it is Fitness Junkies policy to suspend training services until your outstanding balance is correct.

In cases of repeated delinquency, for example a number of outstanding invoices, we require that all services be paid for in full in advance of the services being fulfilled. Prompt payment of your training fee, or fees related to other services rendered saves us administrative costs and time. This allows us to better meet your health and fitness goals.

Training Location

Training sessions will take place predominantly outdoors and indoors if stated.

Partnering with a Fitness Instructor

Partnering is a unique concept we use at Fitness Junkies to ensure a well-rounded and consistent service for you. This training concept has your best interest at heart. Although you will develop a relationship with a primary trainer and this trainer will train you the majority of the time, one or two other trainers should become familiar with yourself. Creating dependence on one trainer sets you up for potential failure. From time to time, trainers will leave Fitness Junkies for a variety of reasons; others will take time for a break or occasionally become injured or ill.

Any of the above scenarios could interrupt your Bootcamp program. That is why we encourage multiple client group trainer partnerships. You will help us choose at least one, if not two other trainers with whom you think you might be comfortable training with. Periodically, you will have the opportunity to train with another 'partners' these relationships need to be developed before a bump in the road of progress. In the event that your primary trainer is not available for a short period of time or, for example the trainer moves to another position or job, your interests are covered and your program will not be interrupted.

Our trainers and member groups generally embrace this concept. It provides the trainer with a guilt free change of scenery and you, our prized client can get new perspective and expertise from other Fitness Junkies´ professional Bootcamp Instructors.
